DETROIT (WJBK) - Police in Detroit say a 37-year-old man was killed inside a commercial building when pressurized tanks exploded.
Police said they were called to 11211 Morang at 8 p.m. to a reported explosion inside a building.
According to police, when they arrived they found the man dead on scene. Police say their preliminary investigation shows that the building housed several pressurized tanks which appeared to have exploded, killing the man.
What the building was being used for is unknown but police said the man's death was an accident.
The man's name has not been released.
