Roseville police say a 12-year-old girl who had been missing was located Sunday morning in Detroit.

Sabrina Fouchey was reported missing Friday from Roseville and was found at 8 a.m. in Detroit Sunday morning, according to police.

Fouchey was located when she approached a person and asked for help.

She was then transferred to the hospital due to a low body temperature from apparently spending the night outside.

According to police, Sabrina's mother came to the Police Station at noon on Friday to report her daughter as missing. Sabrina had been dropped off at the family residence Thursday in the 17000 block of Biehl near 12 Mile Road and west of Utica.

She told a sibling that she was going to the Roseville library and left to walk there at 4:30 p.m Thursday. She was wearing a gray backpack and was wearing black Nike shoes.

Founchey is described as 5 feet, 4 inches tall and 130 pounds and has brown eyes and long brown hair to the middle of her back. She has a scar on the right side of her forehead and a scar on top of one of her hands.

Anyone with information is asked to call the station (586) 447-4484 or dispatch at (586) 777-6700.
