Mother seeks answers after son found tied and burnt at vacant Detroit home

- One mother is asking for help to find answers in the murder of her son on Detroit's east side.

Albert Bain Jr., also known as Ace, was killed around 5 a.m. on April 12 in the 14000 block of Alma Street near Mac Crary Avenue.

The 36-year-old man was found tied and burnt in the driveway of a vacant home.

He was driving a rented Toyota at the time and spent his final hours visiting family members.

So far, no possible motive has been determined for the murder.

But his family knows someone has answers, and they're hoping they do the right thing.

Crime Stoppers of Michigan is offering a cash reward up to $2,500 for information.

You will remain anonymous and rewards are paid when tips lead to arrest, but they do not wait for a conviction.

Call 1-800-SPEAK-UP.
