Oakland University investigate sexual assault of student

- Oakland University police are investigating a sexual assault report on campus at 12: 30 a.m. Sunday.

The OU student was attacked near Elliott Tower by an unidentified man, who approached the victim, pulled down his pants and pulled the student on top of him.

The student subsequently left the area to get to the residence halls. The suspect then followed the student and continued to touch the student inappropriately.

Police say the student did not recognize the man, who was unable to access the residence hall. He is described as a white male, about 5 feet, 6 inches with a slim build, brown hair and blue eyes. He was wearing a white shirt and shorts.

The Oakland University Police Department received the report of the sexual assault on Wednesday. No arrest has been made in the case.
