One person killed in 4-vehicle crash in Dearborn Heights (UPDATED)

DEARBORN HEIGHTS, Mich. (WJBK) - One person is dead after a four-car crash in Dearborn Heights early Wednesday evening.

The accident happened at the intersection of Cherry Hill and Inkster roads, according to police. A person who was ejected from one of the vehicles died.

Police say that speed and snowy conditions "played a role" in the crash. The person who was ejected, was not wearing a seatbelt.

The cause of the crash is still being investigated. It is not clear if there are any additional injuries or the severity of them.
