Plymouth Twp. CVS robbed at gunpoint

- Police are asking for help identifying a suspect who robbed a Plymouth Township CVS at gunpoint last week.

Officials say the suspect entered CVS just before it closed and demanded the manager lock the doors.

The manager was instructed to empty the registers into a plastic grocery bag as he held onto another employee while holding a handgun.

He then took them to the officer and ordered them to hand over all the money from a safe.

A witness parked outside of the store says the suspect got in the passenger side of a blue SUV, possibly a Jeep, and left on Haggerty Road.

The suspect is described as an African-American male with a dark complexion and medium build, about 6 feet tall and 190 lbs. He was wearing a green Michigan State sweatshirt with the hood pulled over his head, a white surgical mask, sunglasses and a baseball cap.

Anyone with information is asked to call Plymouth Police at (734) 354-3232.
