Police: Dog fighting ring busted in Pontiac

The Oakland County Sheriff's Office along with the FBI and DRANO conducted a raid on a Pontiac home Saturday night, leading to several arrests stemming from a suspected dog-fighting ring happening at the home. 

Deputies tell Fox 2 that the raid took place Saturday evening on Mark Avenue in Pontiac and resulted in 11 arrests. 

Police says numerous dogs were saved including some smaller ones that appear to be in training. According to police, some of those arrested came to the home from far distances. 

2 guns were also confiscated from the home. More details are expected to be released in the upcoming days.
