Police identify suspects in fatal Detroit hit and run on Greenview

Police believe Jimmie Lee Jackson was driving the Chevy Impala that struck and killed 27 year-old Ladon Grice

DETROIT, Mich. - Detroit police are seeking public assistance to help locate two suspects wanted in connection with a fatal hit and run.

27 year-old Ladon Grice was retrieving items from her vehicle in the 7700 block of Greenview when she was struck by a silver 2004 Chevy Impala, fatally wounding her.

Police say the driver, identified as Jimmie Lee Jackson, initially stopped, but then abruptly left the scene. Witnesses have helped police identify the owner of the vehicle, Mrs. Diana Hardy, in the passenger seat.

Both suspects remain at large.
