Police: man exposed self, masturbated in Troy Kohl's
TROY, Mich. (WJBK) - Police in Troy say they arrested a 23-year-old man they say was following women inside a Kohl's store and then touching himself in public.
Police arrested Ernest Lee, 23, after being called to the Kohl's on John R. in Troy.
According to police, loss prevention officers at the department store said Lee followed women inside the store and would purposely come in contact with them. After he made contact, police said he then would expose himself and masturbate.
Lee walked out of the store but was approached by responding officers. They said he initially gave police a fake name but they were later able to determine his identity.
Lee is being held on an aggravated indecent exposure charge and a $10,000 bond.
Just a few months earlier, in West Bloomfield, a similar incident occurred. It's not known if the two are related.
