A  killer is still on the run after murdering a pregnant woman and her unborn child.

Now Crime Stoppers is putting up a cash reward to find who killed Bionka Lyons and her unborn son. And they say even a small tip in this case, could make all the difference.

Bionka Lyons was seven months pregnant when she was shot and killed Wednesday night on Detroit's east side. Her family says, she was planning on naming the unborn baby boy Carter.

A $2500 reward is being offered for information leading to an arrest.

"I believe that she would've been a very beautiful mother," said Daricka Davis, her cousin. "Unfortunately that dream got cut short for her."

Sources tell FOX 2 she was shot four times and once in the stomach. Detroit police are still looking for who did it and why.

"It does appear this was an intended victim," said Lt. Michael McGinnis. "The intent was clear."

Crime Stoppers and other organizations are urging you to turn in your tips. However small you may think it is, it may be enough to crack the case.

"He has a name, his name is Carter, his mother's name is Bionka," said Brenda Hill of Crime Stoppers. "They have been taken away from our community and they are valuable. The community response team will respond until we find who did this."

Bionka was only 21 years old and planned to go back to school after giving birth. She was an employee for the U.S. Postal service.

"She was vibrant, bubbly, positive," Daricka Davis said. "She represented none of this negativity. She was a very positive person. I am asking whoever did this, if you have any type of heart, to turn yourself in."

Community leaders are planning a peace march on Crocuslawn street off Wyoming where Bionka and Carter died. It starts Saturday at noon, and the public is welcome.
