Robbers tie up, rob victims in Harper Woods

Harper Woods Police are investigating a violent robbery that happened Saturday night around 10:30 p.m. at a home in the 20400 block of Woodland

According to police, the occupants of the home were bound with duct tape and locked in a closet. The suspects were all armed and threatened to shoot the victims if they did not cooperate. The suspects then ransacked the home, stealing money, jewelry and other items of value. 
The suspects also took the resident's Cadillac Escalade which was later recovered in Detroit unoccupied. 
One of the victims was able to text a relative for help while they were locked in the closet. The relative immediately contacted police.

Officers arrived at the home and were able to free the victims. The suspects had already left the location prior to the officer's arrival. 
The only description of the suspects is three B/M's, early teens, all wearing masks and dark clothing. The victims in this incident were not seriously injured.
