Security increased at West Bloomfield High School after Twitter threat

West Bloomfield High School remained open Wednesday but with heightened security after a bomb threat was discovered on social media.

The threat was posted on Twitter overnight and was reportedly directed at the principal, Pat Watson.

There were six tweets in all, and most were about the poster being unhappy with the way he or she had been treated. One tweet indicated the poster "[goes] to school wanting to do massive harm to you all." Another reads, "This is what [sic] going to happen, the bomb that my uncle and I constructed will go off if you continue this."

West Bloomfield Police have been investigating the tweets all morning but say they do not believe the threat to be credible.
