Three law enforcement officers were hurt after a police chase went through two counties early Wednesday morning.

It started around 1 a.m. when police tried to pull over a stolen U-Haul truck near 21 Mile Road in Macomb County.

But the U-Haul driver took off, leading police on a high speed chase that went down I-94 and ended on the lawn of a home in Grosse Pointe Shores.

Michigan State Police tweeted that two troopers and one Macomb County Sheriff's deputy were minorly injured when the U-Haul truck crashed into the patrol cars.

Two suspects are now in custody.
