Crime Stoppers of Michigan offering a reward to help track down a killer after a young man is shot at Detroit gas station.

The family of DeAngelo Turner is on a mission to find Timothy Wright.

Police have identified Wright as a person of interest in the murder of Turner, gunned down at a BP gas station on Grand River in June.

"You didn't just kill anyone Timothy Michael Wright, you killed my first born," said Valerie Wilks, Turner's mother.

Nearly three months later as police continue to search for Wright; Turner's 3-year-old son is still trying to understand that his dad is never coming home.

"What do you say to a 3-year-old grandson who says, 'Nana take me to the hospital to see my daddy,'" Wilks said.

On Friday Crime Stoppers announced a cash reward of up to a $1,000 for information leading to the capture of Wright.

Turner's family wants anyone with information about the murder, especially those who know the whereabouts of Timothy Wright.

The family says their life will never be same now that he's gone. But they say when Wright pays for what he did they will find comfort in knowing justice prevails.

"If you have any kind of conscience you're going to turn yourself in," said Sherrie Wilks, DeAngelo's aunt. "I know you are."
