The address of 3665 Los Angeles in Warren near Nine Mile and Ryan is a far cry from the glitz and glamour often associated with Los Angeles, California.

Neighbors say the man who owns the house doesn't even live in it - and no one answered the door when FOX 2 knocked.

But the man's stuff is everywhere.

"I have no idea what's going on in his head," said Alisa Castanos, a neighbor. "The city needs to do something about it."

The city is doing something about it with city crews cleaning it up Wednesday.

A 37th District judge ordered the property to be cleaned up but the home owner never complied. His former girlfriend lives next door.

"Yeah I know, I am sure they will," she said. "That's his problem, I don't want to get involved. Good luck to him."

Castanos lives two doors down. She says the man bought the house a few months ago and that's when the junk started showing up.

"This neighborhood was so clean before he got there," she said. "He burns leaves and it stinks up the whole yard. My yard, neighbors' yards down there."

Castanos says she and other neighbors have talked to the man about all the stuff but she says they haven't made any progress.

"He hasn't said hey can you help me, can you do this, like we would help him if he asked us to," she said. "He just keeps to himself. He doesn't want to do anything with it."

The city of Warren will be sending the homeowner a bill for the entire clean up.
