A Detroit woman is accused of running down her boyfriend with her car will stand trial for murder.

Twenty-year-old Danisha Mathis was bound over for trial in the death of Terrance Ricks, Jr.

Police say the couple got into an argument last month before Mathis hit Ricks, 26, with her Ford Fusion at Seven Mile and Trinity on the city's west side.

On Wednesday surveillance video was shown in court of Ricks running down the street and a car coming up on the sidewalk just narrowly missing him.

Mathis was arrested after allegedly leaving the scene, just after police found her car.

"It was located at an address on Hayden Street," said Officer James McDonald, Detroit police in court. "Which was the address of her mother and her boyfriend."

There is another surveillance video that shows a car running Ricks over killing him.  Mathis is charged with first-degree premeditated murder.

She's due back in court next week.
