FLINT, Mich. (WJBK) - The Joint Committee on the Flint Water Public Health Emergency is holding a meeting with local officials and residents in Flint on Tuesday.
The joint committee will hold the public meeting on Tuesday, March 29 at 10 a.m. in the Grand Ballroom of the Northbank Center, located on the University of Michigan - Flint campus at 432 N. Saginaw St. in Flint.
In an effort to give as many people as possible an opportunity to testify, public remarks will be limited to three minutes per person.
Those wishing to testify are asked to provide a copy of written testimony for the record.
Sen. Jim Ananich, D-Flint, and Rep. Ed McBroom, R-Vulcan, serve as co-vice chairmen of the committee, which is tasked with providing recommendations for legislative action after reviewing the findings of ongoing investigations into the Flint water emergency.
