Police: Woman assaulted, nearly abducted outside her Farmington Hills apartment

Police in Farmington Hills are looking for two suspects who they say assaulted and nearly abducted a woman. She was able to escape but is recovering in the hospital.

Police say the victim was returning to her home at Fairmont Park Apartments around 11 p.m. Wednesday when she was approached by the two people.

She was forced into her own vehicle, police say, which she was somehow able to eventually escape from. Police are looking for her vehicle and the two suspects, which can only be described right now as a man and woman in their 20s.

The vehicle is a 2010 Honda Crosstour, white in color. The license plate is 2KVF42. If this vehicle is seen, you're asked to contact your local police department immediately.

It is unknown at this time if the victim knows the attackers. The victim is currently listed in stable condition at the hospital recovering from injuries to her head.

A spokesperson for the apartment complex says police are looking at surveillance video to get a description of the suspects. The apartment complex where the alleged incident occurred is near the intersection of Nine Mile and Drake roads.
