Report: GM found by Justice Dept. of 'criminal wrongdoing' in ignition switch case

A New York Times report says that the U.S. Justice Department have identified criminal wrongdoing in General Motors' not disclosing of faulty ignition switches.

There has been 104 deaths reported linked to the faulty ignition switches, and according to the report, a record penalty is expected. 

As some former GM employees are still under investigation, the settlement could be resolved this summer.
