Severe weather moving out of SE Michigan

One day after metro Detroit dealt with some watches and warnings, another round entered the picture Wednesday afternoon.

By 4 p.m. all severe weather warnings for the metro Detroit area have been canceled.

Weather Authority Rich Luterman says to expect some possible storms this evening, with some strong cells along the I-94 corridor through Macomb and St. Clair counties.

The National Weather Service had reports of high winds and quarter-size hail between 3 and 4 p.m. Wednesday.
