Chipotle closing all restaurants for food safety meeting

- Chipotle will close its doors Monday for a brief period of time for employees nationwide to attend a food safety meeting after a recent string of E. coli outbreaks. The restaurant is implement three new practices that are a little different from any other fast food chain in the country.

The first is that all ingredients will be DNA tested before then hit the stores.

The next big change is paid sick time for all employees.

The third is re-training to how employees cut and wash the foot, from how the marinate the meat to how they wash the tomatoes. Chipotle says they're going to implement changes that exceed federal and state standards to make sure the food is safe to eat. 

Chipotle will also be rolling out a new advertising campaign in hopes of letting customers know they've made some changes.

Chipotle stores will re-open at 3 p.m. Monday after their food safety meeting and training wraps.
