The queen of Christmas has been dethroned. For the first time in 20 years, Mariah Carey's "All I Want For Christmas Is You" is not the most played holiday song in stores this season.

This year, the honor goes to this tune.

It's The Shins' cover of Paul McCartney's "Wonderful Christmastime".

PlayNetwork says this is the most played song in stores this season. They're the people who put together in-store playlists for hundreds of brands.

Carey's song still rings in at #2.

The other songs coming in the top five are:

3. Christina Aguilera's "Christmas Time"
4. Waitresses "Christmas Wrapping"
5. Jack Johnson "Someday at Christmas"
