SOUTHFIELD, Mich. (WJBK) - FOX 2's Sports Director Dan Miller was joined by Bob Wojnowski & Jamie Samuelsen Sunday night on the SportsWorks roundtable as they talked about the Lions' 31-28 win over the Los Angeles Rams on Sunday. They talked about how Case Keenum went up and down the field on the Lions defense because the Lions game plan was to stop Todd Gurley. They also talked how Matthew Stafford had a great game as well, how the offensive line protected him and how the Lions came through in the clutch offensively and defensively.
The guys moved on to Michigan State and went in depth on the struggles on the Spartans and if their run is over. They also talked how Michigan moved up to number 3 in the polls and how Western Michigan has moved up to number 20 in the country and if PJ Fleck will be somewhere else next year.
They then moved on to talk about the Red Wings' struggles in the first two games and if this is the year they don't make the playoffs. They talked about the interesting moves on going with less youth to start the season and what the Wings should do the rest of the year with their line-up.
Lions Game Night then came on where they did a full break down on the Lions' win Sunday and what they need to do to win their third straight Sunday against the Redskins.
