WATCH: Caris LeVert Out For Season; Career Over at Michigan

- The University of Michigan announced today that "senior co-captain Caris LeVert will sit out the remainder of the season to concentrate on his continued recovery after suffering a lower left leg injury at the end of December."

Here is the official press release:

LeVert, 6'7" guard, played in 15 games this season averaging 16.5 points, 4.9 assists & 5.3 rebounds.  He has played in 103 games for the Wolverines and has over 1,000 points scored.  In his first two seasons, he played in 70 games and in his final two seasons he would've played in just 33 due to injuries.  LeVert is the second senior to go down to injury, the Wolverines' lost Spike Albrecht -- also a senior co-captain -- earlier this season to "concentrate on rehab following double hip surgery."

Michigan added that both players will be "honored Saturday in a pregame ceremony against Iowa" for senior night.
