College football season is upon us once again and the 2017 season will start with a bright flash for the University of Michigan as Nike pulled the wraps off the all-maize Nike uniforms.

The University of Michigan will face the University of Florida at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas, and they'll be doing it in all maize uniforms.

Michigan will wear the new all-maize uniform to celebrate the University's Bicentennial and honor the 150-year anniversary of the team's official colors of maize and blue. The pants are the same - maize - but the tops will also be maize.

Florida will be in something similar - in all-blue uniform with blue accessories.

This is the second time the Wolverines have worn all-maize. In 1928 the team wore maize with blue numbers in a game against Navy.

This is the sixth time since 2011 that Michigan is in alternate uniforms the first time since it joined the Jordan Brand - a sub-brand of Nike.

Of course, you can buy replicas in Ann Arbor and in popup shops in Texas. CLICK HERE for more.
