WATCH: Hammond Recaps Spartans' Win Over Wolverines

#10 Michigan State (20-4, 7-4 B1G) dominates Michigan (17-7, 7-4 B1G) 89-73 at Crisler Arena in their lone meeting of the regular season.  The Spartans' have beat the Wolverines in four straight and have won 24 of the last 33 against Michigan.

Michigan State shot 64% from the field and from three, while the Wolverines' were 45% from the field and 29% from three.  The Spartans' were led by Bryn Forbes (10/13 from field, 8/10 from 3) with 29 pts, Denzel Valentine (8-13 from field, 3/4 from 3) had 21 points, 9 boards & 8 assists & Matt Costello (6/8) had 14 points and 8 boards.

The hot shooting Spartans came out firing right away.

The shot selection just wasn't there for the Wolverines.

The Wolverines couldn't do anything to slow down the Spartans and especially Bryn Forbes.

Michigan -- who was down by as much as 18 -- showed some fight late in the first half.

But the Spartans' extended their lead once again to have the momentum at the half.

Bryn Forbes' shooting in the first weren't all the fireworks before the second half.

The first four plus minutes of the second half started the same as the first half, including 45 seconds into the second half when the Spartans' stretched their largest lead of the game to 20.

Bryn Forbes' inches closer to a record as Michigan State continues to dominate.

Matt Costello get's into the action and Crisler Center starts to empty and so does any chance of a Wolverine comeback.
