SOUTHFIELD, Mich. (WJBK) - FOX 2's Ryan Ermanni was joined by Bob Wojnowski & Jamie Samuelsen Sunday night on the SportsWorks roundtable as they talked about Michigan's loss to Ohio State Saturday. They broke down the game and talked how Michigan dominated, but made the major blunders. They also talked about the officiating and the controversial plays of the game.
The guys moved on to Michigan State and how surprising it is that their season is already over. They talked how things have shifted in the Big Ten and how much harder it will be for Mark Dantonio and how surprising it is that he said there will be no coaching changes on his staff.
They then talked Lions and how they are "snowballing in a positive direction." They brought up how it's so tough to tell how good this team is and how they just need to get in the playoffs because anything can happen in the playoffs. They also brought up the struggles of the offense lately, but how they are in great position now after the Vikings win.
The crew then talked about the Pistons move to Detroit and how they all liked it. They do hope that The Palace is still used for something though.
They also talked about the Pistons' struggles on the road and how Andre Drummond is the real difference in the team. The guys then broke down the Red Wings' up and down season and how they've been playing better as of late.
Michigan State and Michigan basketball was next on the topic list as they talked how Tom Izzo apologized to his team for the tough schedule so far, but how they will be better off for it. They talked how Michigan is a tournament team and how anything can happen this year in the Big Ten.
Lions Game Night then came on where they did a full break down on the Lions' win Thursday and what they need to do to stay on the winning track in New Orleans on Sunday.
