SportsWorks: Woody Woodriffe & Jamie Samuelsen

FOX 2's Woody Woodriffe was joined by Jamie Samuelsen on the roundtable to talk Tigers and their final home game on Sunday.  How it was the one of the lowest attended seasons ever and Jamie pointed out that we aren't seeing the players that will be there when they start contending.  The crew also talked about Victor Martinez retiring and what he meant to baseball.

Michigan State was next on the docket and their win at Indiana on Saturday.  Jamie calls it a "solid win" and how it's not an easy place to play.  Jamie says his concern is on the offensive side of the ball.  Jamie also pointed out how they have a balanced offense, but questions linger on the offensive line.

Next on the rundown was Michigan and their win over Nebraska.  Jamie says as good as the offense was, the defense was the story in the game.  They also broke down next week's game at Northwestern.

Tiger Woods and his victory at the Tour Championship was next up.  How it is great for golf because he is golf and moves the needle.

Lions Game Night came on as the guys dissected their huge win over the New England Patriots Sunday night.  They talked how it was a balanced offense and wasn't a fluke win.  Jamie says they were a superior team in almost every facet and the Lions were clearly the better team.   Jamie also says Kerryon Johnson deserves to be their primary back after breaking 100 yards and being the first Lion to do so in 70 games.  We also had full postgame reaction from the Lions first win of the season.
