ROCHESTER, Mich. (WJBK) - FOX 2's Sky Kerstein caught up with Oakland University Head Coach Greg Kampe and National College Basketball Player of the Year candidate Kay Felder about the upcoming Metro Series game against the Detroit Titans on Friday and preparing for the Horizon League Tournament next week at Joe Louis Arena.
Felder, junior, is averaging 24.3 points per game and 9.2 assists. There will be at least 16 NBA scouts and management at the game Friday to watch him play so there are many questions on if he will come back to the Golden Grizzlies. As of now, it seems like he will be back next season.
Kampe was very complimentary on his star player and has made it known how much he'd like to have him return.
