Fatal shooting from police after traffic crash in Macomb County Tuesday

A wild scene with only spotty information that's been confirmed, Roseville police say a man was shot and killed by officers after he crashed into a semi-truck on Groesbeck Highway near 12 Mile Tuesday morning.
