Latest downtown shooting involving 4 wounded outside Book Cadillac Hotel leaves locals on edge

After a shooting outside the downtown tree lighting a couple weeks ago and last night's incident where four people were wounded outside the Book Cadillac Hotel, some who live and visit the area are shaken up.
