Explaining the slow rollout of vaccines in Michigan

Following delays in administering COVID-19 vaccines around the state, Michigan officials say a lack of doses provided by the federal government is partly to blame for the rocky roll-out of the Pfizer and Moderna treatments. The governor's Chief Operations Officer Tricia Foster also said there is a disparity between the number of vaccines that have been sent out by the state and the number that's been administered to people.
