Veal Mama Assunta
6 oz veal scallopini medallions
2 artichokes cut in half
2 oz sliced mushrooms
2 Teaspoon lemon juice
2 oz White wine
Salt & pepper to taste
Flour for Dusting
4 oz chicken broth
4 drops of Maggie seasoning
2 oz Olive oil
In a medium size sauté pan heat up your oil.
Flour your veal and Sauté on each side to golden brown
Add mushrooms and continue to cook
Add white wine, lemon juice, chicken broth and Maggie.
And auto chokes, salt and pepper to taste and simmer for 2 minutes.
