5 lifestyle changes to make to help prevent cancer

- FOX 2 is going pink the month of October for Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Dr. Joel Kahn joins us on The Nine to tell us ways we can also "go green" for cancer prevention.

He has five lifestyle changes we can all make that will help prevent cancer.

  • Be physically active at least 30 minutes a day
  • Avoid sugary drinks
  • Eat more vegetables and whole grains
  • Limit red meats
  • Avoid all processed meats
