Belle Isle will welcome nearly 40,000 youngsters and volunteers to 36th annual Metro Detroit Youth Day. The event will feature more than a dozen local colleges as well as more than 100 exhibits and activities.
The event is chaired by Ed Deeb - a well-known community and business activist for improving the city and inspiring youth to do the most good.
All Metro Detroit Youth Day attendees are required to register in advance of the event or on-site at the registration area on Belle Isle's athletic fields. A form of identification is required for all participating youth.
