An 8-year-old girl whose dealt with some serious medical issues had a dream come true.

Maggie Dadswell has wanted to become a YouTube star for years. She loves making makeup tutorial videos at home with the help of her brother.

Saturday, she got the full red carpet treatment courtesy of KIDSgala, an organization that gifts "celebration of life" parties to children. Maggie's party was complete with the red carpet, a limo driver and even the paparazzi. She even was treated to a session with a professional makeup artist.

All of Maggie's family and friends gathered at the party know what she's been through, and how special this moment was for her.

"She had brain surgery at ten months old and then when she was three she began starting to have seizures. She has seizures called ESES, which are while she sleeps. About 80 percent of her sleep, she seizes," explains Maggie's Mom, Kim Dadswell.

"She's getting better. She's able to get out; she's at school without aids now. It's just really improved," says her dad, Andy Dadswell.

"The look on Maggie's face when she walked in with the paparazzi - that's priceless. This is what it's all about, for sure," says Carrie Slominski, the vice president of KIDSgala.
