Adult film star Stormy Daniels coming to Detroit, promising 'The Truth'

(WJBK) - Stomy Daniels is coming to Detroit.

"I'm not too much into politics," said Steve K., the manager of the strip club The Truth Detroit on Eight Mile.

But Steve K knows enough to recognize high profile adult film star Stormy Daniels, who has found herself in the middle of a political sex scandal.

Daniels - whose real name is Stephanie Clifford was allegedly paid $130,000 to cover up an affair with President Donald Trump.

While many work to find out the truth about who paid whom to cover up the affair, Daniels is finding her own truth - and apparently taking it on tour.

"She's on the circuit, we found her though an agency a few weeks ago, showed her pictures of the club," said Steve K. "She loved the club."

On Wednesday, March 14 a week after she filed a lawsuit to invalidate a non-disclosure agreement she allegedly signed days before the 2016 presidential election to keep quiet about her affair with Trump back in 2006, Daniels will be taking the on stage at Truth Detroit. And she won't be alone. by her side a Donald Trump impersonator.

"Yes she will be stripping, signing autographs, I believe she'll be signing 8x10 glossies," Steve K said. "I don't know how much it will be going for."

It's part of her nationwide tour. Her billboard touts the truth, but how much the adult film star will actually be sharing with the public about the president and their past relationship, isn't exactly clear.

FOX 2: Does it seem like she is cashing in on her 15 seconds?"

"What I'm hearing is, it is more like 15 minutes of fame not 15 seconds," he said.
