Construction worker killed in accident on Pontiac Trail in South Lyon
SOUTH LYON, Mich. (WJBK) - A construction worker was involved in a serious accident in South Lyon Wednesday morning, South Lyon Police say.
Police say the construction worker was killed in the accident, but haven't provided any other details at this time. It's not known what caused the crash.
The accident happened on Pontiac Trail just north of 11 Mile Road, which is currently closed for the investigation.
It's not known yet if anyone else was hurt, or if any other cars were involved.
The Road Commission for Oakland County says the worker involved was a contractor working on their behalf, and wasn't a Road Commission employee.
