Michigan State Fair opens Thursday in Novi's Suburban Collection
NOVI, Mich. (WJBK) - The Michigan State Fair has been around in one form or another since 1849.
Now it boasts the largest carnival midway in the metro Detroit area - and of course, shows off Michigan's thriving agriculture industry.
It starts Thursday at the Suburban Collection Showplace in Novi.
