National Prime Rib Day with Table No. 2

Today is National Prime Rib Day, and to celebrate local chef and restauranteur Omar Mitchell stopped by the Fox2 Kitchen Saturday morning to share some of his favorite prime rib recipes featured at Table No.2 Restaurant in Detroit. 

 

Horseradish & Herb Encrusted Prime Rib

Ingredients

  • Fresh Chopped Mix Herbs
  • Chopped Garlic
  • Horseradish 
  • Salt
  • Pepper  

Directions

Massage the entire Prime Rib with all the above ingredients heavy especially the top to form a crust, cook to desire temperature.

  • Lobster mac 
  • Terriyaki brussel sprouts 
  • Grilled asparagus 
  • Grilled broccolini 
  • Tri-color potatoes 
  • Chanel no. 2 potato
