Shooting suspect considered armed and dangerous.

Two young men are shot, one is killed and several weeks later the suspect is still on the run.

The mother of Camry Gilbert is begging for someone to speak up. Her son wounded in a double shooting at 11:30 a.m. in the morning of Sept. 11.

It happened at a now boarded up house in the 18000 block of Healy near the corner of Ryan in Detroit. Gilbert was wounded and remains unconscious, another 22-year-old man was shot and killed.

"Why did this happen to him, I don't know," said Christianne Mitchell. "Every day is a fight. Every day is a struggle."

Detroit Police say they are looking for three people including one man clearly pictured in a video still image at the house, holding a gun and shooting Gilbert. Take a long look at this man, who police say is armed and dangerous.

"As soon as he walks in, pulls shots go off," said Det. John Mitchell, Detroit police.

Mitchell showed Gilbert's family the graphic video of the shooting. The victims arrived at the house about two minutes before shots were fired.
The incident happened inside and outside the house on the front lawn.

The pictured suspect can be seen on video looking out the window moments before everything went down - making it clear that these two men were targeted.

And what's even more concerning is the owner of this house claims he doesn't know the people investigators are looking for.

"The owner was present at the time of the shooting," Mitchell said. "He knows the victims, but he does not know the shooter."

"He obviously knows the person. He's in the house for several minutes, walking around freely as if he's been there before."

Police don't believe a second person seen on video was one of the shooters, but arrived at the home with them.

Investigators would like to speak with him. The second possible shooter had a black hoodie over his head.

"I just want to whoever did this to be caught," Mitchell said. "I don't want this to happen to somebody else. If they did this in broad daylight to my child, they'll do it your child, they'll do it to their neighbor. They'll do it to anybody."

"And you can only hope by listening to this mother plea, and looking at the circumstances surrounding this case, that more people will come forward. If you have any information that can help investigators, give the Detroit police at (313) 596-5200 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-Speak-Up.
