Detroit Lions' Matthew Stafford and wife Kelly welcome third baby

The Stafford pride grew last week as the football family welcomes their newest cub.

Detroit Lions Quarterback Matthew Stafford and wife Kelly announced Sunday afternoon that they welcomed their third baby on Thursday. The baby arrived just before the Lions took on the New York Giants on Friday night.

No word yet on the baby's name or gender, but Kelly Stafford made her arrival known via Instagram post:

 

The new arrival marks baby number three after Kelly gave birth to a set a of twins -- Chandler and Sawyer -- on March 31, 2017. The twins are well known for being some of the cutest babies on Instagram and frequently make appearances at their dad's games.
