MSP searching for malnourished, endangered toddler

- The Michigan State Police is trying to find the parents of a 15-month-old boy who they believe is endangered and malnourished.

MSP issued the Endangered Missing Advisory for 15-Month-old Artis Green Jr. The toddler is a black boy, 29 inches long and weighs 30 pounds. According to MSP, they have information that the boy is so extremely malnourished.

MSP says that they've received information that he cannot crawl or walk due to not receiving needed care.

Police said they believe the boy is with his father, Artis Green Sr., 55, or his mother, Tanisha Lane (aka Tanisha Harris), 34.

MSP did not have a photo of the baby boy but shared photos of the boy's parents in hopes that someone sees them and then contacts police.

If you have information about their location, you're asked to call MSP Flint at 810-732-1111 or 313-237-2450 after hours. You can also email tips to MSP-MissingPersons@michigan.gov.
