SOUTHFIELD, Mich. (WJBK) - FOX 2's Sports Director Dan Miller was joined by Sean Baligian & John Niyo on the roundtable as they talked about the Lions win over the Packers. The crew broke down how Mason Crosby cost the Packers, but Sean brought up how big this win was going into the bye week. John talked how a lot of young guys made big plays in the victory. Sean says you don't apologize for a win and they all brought up how the injuries have hampered the Lions.
The panel moved on to Michigan State's loss to Northwestern. Sean says Lewerke has taken a step back this season and John brought up how even Mark Dantonio was at a loss for words after the game. They both brought up how Dave Warner has the target on his back.
Michigan's win over Maryland was next and how their offense is coming around. John says the defense is legit and can win a title if the offense comes around. They all said this is when the season really counts now when hosting Wisconsin on Saturday.
The Red Wings were on the rundown as Sean talked about what success is for them this season. John gave his thoughts on what the Red Wings need to do to compete again.
Reggie Jackson's health and if the Pistons have a shot to do anything this season was discussed. Dan says he likes the coach and there is some disrespect out there for Blake Griffin.
Lions Game Night came on as the guys broke down their win over the Packers and where the Lions go from here at the bye week.
