Steak provolone and chicken bacon ranch potatoes recipe from Fingerlicker's Soul Food

STEAK PROVOLONE

Ingredients:
16 oz Steak (your preference
1 Head Broccoli
1/2 cup of Mushrooms
1/2 cup diced red peppers
1/2 cup diced onions or substitute the above for 2 bags of 14oz broccoli stir fry.
2 1/2 cups of white rice
1 qt Heavy Whipping Cream
1 1/2 tablespoons Olive Oil
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons steak seasoning
3/4 cup Parmesan Cheese (grated)
1 cup Provolone Cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika

STEPS:
Completely steam rice and veggies in separate pots and put to side.
Coat Skillet with Olive Oil
Add Steak and Steak Seasonings brown well.
In separate skillet, pour in Heavy Whipping Cream, garlic, salt, and paprika.
Whisk thoroughly, bring to simmering boil,
Add Parmesan and allow to bubble again
Stir in Steak and veggies. Mix well
Pour over bed of rice or boiled potato.
Smother in Provolone
serves 4-6


CHICKEN BACON RANCH POTATO

Ingredients:
2 potatoes
2 chicken breast fillets
2 cups lose cooked bacon
1/2 cup of Ranch Dressing
1/2 Cup of Heavy Whipping Cream
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon steak seasoning
1/4 cup green onions
1 tablespoons chives
1 tablespoon Olive Oil

Boil 2 potatoes
Dice 2 chicken breast fillet
Brown chicken in skillet coated with Olive Oil

Add salt, Steak seasoning
In separate skillet pour Whipping Cream, Ranch, and Chives.
Bring to slight boil.
Spread potato open and cover with meat first.
Next load with bacon
Then cover with cheese
Pour on  Cream Sauce
Garnish with green onions
