Kentucky Derby event benefits pediatric cancer programs in Michigan

Lawrence Burns, President and CEO of the Children's Hospital of Michigan Foundation, joined us on The Nine to discuss the event being held on May 6 to benefit pediatric cancer programs.

Luke Song, owner Mr. Song Millinery, designed the hat worn by Aretha Franklin at President Obama's inauguration.

He discussed the fashion hat trends for the Kentucky Derby this year. Many of the hats that will be worn to the event.

The event will be held May 6,  4 to 80 PM at Grosse Pointe War Memorial.
