The Garlic and Music Festival at Campus Martius park concludes today, but there's time to tempt all your senses at once with great music, interesting sights and the enticing scents of delicious food.
Festival organizer Matt Flynn and Chef Gina Evans, of Taste & Tell Catering in West Palm Beach, Fla., dropped by the Fox2 Kitchen Sunday morning with a little taste of the garlic goodness on display.

- 1 cup 31/40 shrimp
- 1 cup chicken breast (1")
- 6 mussels
- Garlic, shallots, parsley to taste (varies)
- 1 cup rice
- 1 Tbl spoon Oil
- Seasonings (your coice)
- Pour Sautee chicken first, with your seasonings, garlic, shallots, then throw in shrimp, and mussels.
- Add rice, let come to a boil, then cover pan, let cook approximately 20 min.
