Crocodiles hatch at San Diego Zoo for first time in zoo's history

San Diego Zoo welcomed eight West African Dwarf Crocodiles to their zoo. This is the first time crocodiles have ever hatched at this zoo.

The West African crocodiles are classified as 'vulnerable,' according to a list of threatened species.

The dwarf crocodiles are parents of an eleven -year-old female and fifty-year-old male as well.
