Funeral services to be held for 2 siblings found in freezer

Funeral services will be held Monday for two siblings found murdered and kept in a deep freezer in their home.

Services will be at Greater Grace Temple in Detroit for Stoni Ann Blair and Stephen Gage Berry. The funeral begins at 11 a.m.

Investigators believe Stephen was 9 when he died in August 2012 and that Stoni was 13 when she died the following May. Court deputies carrying out an eviction March 24 at their Detroit apartment found the children's frozen bodies.

Their mother, Mitchelle Blair, is charged with premeditated murder, torture and child abuse.

Two surviving siblings - a 17-year-old girl and 8-year-old boy - have been placed in the care of a relative. The state is trying to terminate Blair's parental rights to them.
