Man crashes into Detroit bus stop when snow slides onto windshield

DETROIT (WJBK) - Three people are hospitalized and lucky to be alive after a man says snow blocked his vision and he smashed into a bus stop in Detroit.

It happened at Forest and Woodward Friday morning. According to the man who was driving the car, he said snow slid off the roof of his car and onto his windshield.

After losing his ability to see, he said he lost control and crashed into a bus stop where three people were waiting.

Those three people were taken to a nearby hospital. The extent of their injuries is unknown at this time but they don't appear to be serious.

The driver was not arrested and police are still investigating.
